I want to kick off this month by looking at our WHY. Why are you choosing your health this month? Why is it important that your health is a priority?
Often, when we look for our WHY’s, we find a lot of WHO’s instead - the people in your life who are getting more attention, more care, and more love from you than you are giving yourself. Listen, you’re a great person, but research shows that in order to take care of the WHO’s in our life, we have to take care of ourselves, too! This week, I want you to make a list of Five Self-Love habits you can commit to this week. What are FIVE self-love habits you can track to help yourself flourish through this weekend and beyond?
